The Life Health Center is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide executive level administrative support to our Chief Operating officer. The primary responsibilities of this role is to maintain the CO’s schedule and communication log. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for COO, manage and log incoming scheduling requests, re-schedule meetings upon request, proactively communicate changes, and anticipate and respond to scheduling conflicts.
Track COO’s tasks and projects with respect to deadlines and organizational developments
Check emails daily and respond accordingly, in order of importance.
Organize internal and external meetings for COO
Take notes and/or minutes for Senior level meetings
Ensure consistent and efficient interaction with other administrative staff across the organization; demonstrate poise and tact under pressure and handle matters with sound judgment and confidentiality.
Detail oriented, organized with ability to successfully multi task
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes unpredictable environment, works well and remains calm and pleasant under pressure.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
Proficient in MS Office 365
Take initiative to learn and the ability to work independently
Action oriented and results focused
Experience working in a community based health organization a plus.
